I’m a FTHB, and Rocky was recommended by my realtor. I’m so glad I listened and called up Main Street Plumbing! Rocky did a supreme job resolving all the issues we had with the house’s plumbing, and he was kind and responsive in helping me with all my questions. When one of the drains he replaced needed further adjustment to drain properly, Rocky was right back the next day without a fuss, to finish the job to perfection! (and by the way, that was just one issue on a long list of tasks – the rest were resolved flawlessly) His professionalism and work ethic made the whole experience seamless for us, and I could not recommend him more highly. Will definitely be calling him back for future work!

Rocky was extremely responsive and able to schedule my service appointment for the next day. He was on-time, discussed all options as well as pricing. Rocky and his assistant then quickly completed the repairs to my boiler. He ensured everything was functional and explained the work performed. Rocky had done work in the house I was selling. He performed an oil to gas conversion, upgrade to outdoor line and outlets inside and outdoors. He was very experienced in everything he worked on in the house. I was extremely satisfied with the final outcome. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after work was completed. His costs were very reasonable. I would highly recommend him!

These guys are by far the best plumbers. Rocky is so good at what he does and is professional, responsive, kind and courteous. I can’t say enough good things. He has done bathroom remodels, bar room install and will soon be doing a complete kitchen remodel. He is also doing a whole house generator hook up as well.

I’m so disappointed to be writing this review. I have worked with Rocky and Main Street Plumbing for the last 2 years and until now have had a great experience. Unfortunately, today, upon requesting a conversation about the cost of a visit where 2 leaks were noted but only 1 was repaired, I was told that “no one has ever questioned cost” and that my request was offensive and I would no longer be considered a client. This is truly upsetting as I am a single woman trying to navigate first time home ownership and had simply requested a professional discussion. I would strongly suggest considering a different service for your plumbing needs.

Great service by Rocky, the owner, and Dave, who installed my new boiler. They gave me lots of options and worked with me on the price, that was already cheaper then others. Work was well thought out and professional. Will hire again for plumbing work in the future.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! We have used them for bathroom upgrades, a major sewer pipe repair, and (just recently) a complete overhaul of our heat and hot water system. They consistently beat the competition on pricing, they’re super professional and friendly, and Rocky is responsive and happy to answer questions. They’re the best!
